Job Description
General Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent customer service skills and desire to attend to both internal and external peoples
Possess a helpful attitude and is a team player – creates a positive work atmosphere
Takes direction and feedback and takes initiative independent of direct supervision as needed
Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
Competently stand for long periods of time; and move, lift, carry, objects less than 25 pounds

Specific Role and Responsibilities
Greet guests, explain concept, operate point of sale system
Prepare ice cream serving according to training standards
Restock and refill various products to meet business demand
Clean and sanitize serving equipment, customer, and staff areas
