Nitrogen, like all elements on earth, can be found in one of the three states of matter: solid, liquid, or gas. Nitrogen naturally occurs as a gas in our atmosphere. In fact, most of the air we breathe in is nitrogen (about 78%) with only 20% being oxygen. The remaining two percent we breathe is other gases floating around us. When nitrogen is frozen to about -320°F, it becomes a liquid.
Liquid nitrogen has been traditionally used in the culinary world to freeze foods because it’s odorless, colorless, and tasteless — and perfectly safe to eat ice cream and consume other culinary treats that are prepared and frozen with this naturally occurring element.
Yes, Chill-N is excited to offer a full line of vegan options in our stores. We offer Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, and Oat Milk ice cream bases. We also offer a fruit sorbet option. Many of our flavors and mix-n's are vegan as well. All of the vegan and gluten free options are noted on the menu in our stores as well.

Experiences
We give back 20% of all proceeds/sales brought in by your supporters (pre-tax). As an example, if your supporters bring in $500, we’ll send you a check for $100! On average for this, this would be about 50 supporters.
In order for your supporter’s purchase to count towards your fundraiser, they just need to come out to enjoy ice cream! They need to come to the participating Chill-N store location and either show the flyer or mention the fundraiser to the cashier when placing their order so that we can click the fundraising tab to tag their sale. Please note that delivery orders or orders placed on a different day other than your fundraiser, will NOT count towards your fundraiser.

Yes! Chill-N loves to support our local schools. We just need documentation regarding the school and payment of the fundraising donation needs to be made out to the school or to the club or organization that is affiliated with the school.
Nope! Sorry, but all promotions must be done ahead of time and not in our stores or on the premises to our regular customers. Violating this policy may result in your fundraiser being cancelled. To make it easy and convenient, we provide you with flyers and social media collateral that we require you to use in marketing and sharing your fundraiser.
We are so happy to support our community and support your fundraiser and organization, but we are not able to accommodate tables, donation jars, decorations or distribution of information.
The minimum order is the 40 pack which includes 40 size small ice creams.

Your order will be extra frozen and packaged safely for delivery. You should be prepared to serve upon arrival, or put the ice cream in a freezer until ready to serve.
Large party events (over 200 ice creams) Chill-N can offer an on-site ice cream experience where we make
up to 2 flavors of ice cream and offer a variety of mix-n’s. To request availability for an on-site event, please
email directly to donnagolik@chilln.com. Minimum charge for on-site events $2,000 + tax and tips, based on
location and availability. Minimum 30 Days Notice required.
Chill-N allows events any day of the week, but they must be scheduled before the store's regular operating hours. So, a lunchtime event works well.
No problem, we have you covered. Please let us know in advance, and we have safety measures in place to ensure that there is no cross contamination from nuts or other allergy concerns for guests.
Yes, you can bring in pizza or other food and decorations. You would be organizing and serving these items and also must make sure to remove any of these things at the end! No alcohol allowed.
