Team member
As a Chill-N team member, you'll be at the heart of our operation, delighting customers with our unique nitrogen ice cream creations. Your role will involve preparing and serving our delicious treats with precision and flair, ensuring every customer's experience is nothing short of exceptional.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum weekly hours required: 15
- Minimum number of shifts per week: 2
shift leader
As a Chill-N Shift Leader you’ll be a valuable member of the team. Your role will be the anchor in the store that sets the tone for exemplary customer service, operation, cleanliness and the culture of the team.
- Applied experience with the Chill-N system and operations
- Willingness to work alongside your team and lead by example to show them the importance of a smile and quality customer service
- Provides excellent attention to detail and care of the store and that operations are properly executed
- Recognizing the strengths of the team members to work best in the store each shift, and always looking for opportunities to encourage and develop your team

store manager
As a Chill-N Store Manager you’ll be running the all-store operations. This includes overseeing employees (hiring, training, scheduling, firing) inventory and menu management, cash management, customer service, store organization and cleanliness.
- In-depth experience with the Chill-N system and operations
- Dedication and attention to detail and a desire to maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
- An approachable personality with high expectations that can develop a solid team and create a strong Chill-N culture and welcoming store environment that fosters hospitality and friendliness
- This is a full-time position
catering team
As a Chill-N Catering Team Member you’ll have a great amount of flexibility and can pick up shifts when catering jobs open up and come available. This is a great opportunity for store team members to grab additional hours and experience in hospitality.
- Some knowledge about Chill-N Ice Cream
- Passionate about hospitality and wanting to offer a great, friendly customer experience
- Willingness to move at a fast pace
- Able to roll up your sleeves and help with set up and breakdown of the event
- This is a flexible – event by event position
